Can Your Marriage Withstand Social Media?

According to a recent study by the University of Missouri, there is a correlation between Twitter usage and divorce.  Specifically, higher amounts of Twitter usage was linked to higher conflict between couples.  Unsurprisingly, a 2013 report in the Journal of Cyberpsychology, Behavior and Social Networking found similar results from excessive Facebook use.

This news surely comes as no surprise to anyone who has watched couples at a restaurant or coffee shop simultaneous phone-surfing, in  blissful ignorance of each other.
